Directions to Cabbage Point

1. From Gordon's Beach, head north on the Queens Highway.
2. Drive approximately 4.5 miles north along the Queens Highway.
3. Watch for the Pratt Family property on your left — look for the large propane tanks and school buses as your landmark. The Red Door Restaurant is also nearby as a reference point.
4. Turn LEFT (west) off the Queens Highway just south of the Pratt Family propane tanks — there is a sign at the turning point directing you toward Cabbage Point.
5. Follow the road west to the properties at Cabbage Point on the leeward (calm) side of the island.
6. The gravel road heading west is first straight and then begins to curve to the left (along shallow sea and flats). Follow the road until you reach a slight hill — go up that hill. You will see the first driveway on the right — keep going. You will see a second driveway on the right — keep going. The next road on the right is the 20 ft road reservation that leads to, first, the start of the private “L-shaped” nature trail / beach access trail, and second, at the end of the road where you can park, to a narrow beach path that takes you to the actual Cabbage Point in front of Lot 1 (not for sale). You will see cement markers painted white with aqua blue tops that mark the extents of the lots — the signs clearly read “Cabbage Point, Private Property.”

1. From Clarence Town, head south on the Queens Highway.
2. Continue south, passing through settlements including Hard Bargain and Roses.
3. Approximately 3.6 miles past Roses, watch for the Pratt Family property on your right — look for the large propane tanks and school buses as your landmark. The Red Door Restaurant is also nearby as a reference point.
4. Turn RIGHT (west) off the Queens Highway just past the Pratt Family propane tanks — there is a sign at the turning point directing you toward Cabbage Point.

Nature Trail/Beach Access Trail Entrance: Two white painted survey markers with aqua painted tops (shown above) mark the entrance to the “L-shaped” nature trail / beach access trail that will lead you to Cabbage Point.

Access to Cabbage Point From End of 20 ft Road Reservation: If you drive to the end of the 20 ft road reservation (which runs south of the lots), park your car at the very end of this road (just past driveway on RIGHT that leads to Private Property, Lot 1, just across from an existing house and their driveway gate & fence on LEFT), and walk through this (shown above) narrow path WEST towards the ocean and the sound of soothing waves to Cabbage Point.
