Long Island, Bahamas
The Property
Cabbage Point is located on the leeward (calm) side of Southern Long Island, Bahamas. Often referred to as "My Blue Heaven" by the Vendor, the Vendor purchased the original Cabbage Point property from a school teacher and his wife (Dr. David and Fiona Lincoln) in 2005. They received the property as part of a Crown Grant (clear title) from the Government of the Bahamas.
The property was subdivided by the Vendor and received Government Severance Approval in 2023. Starting in 2023, private beach paths/nature trails and decorative survey boundary markers (including signage) were created to prepare the properties for sale.
There are electrical poles from Queens Highway to the rear of Cabbage Point, and buried underground electrical access from existing buried boxes on the 20 ft wide road reservation.
Cabbage Point is subdivided, with Government Severance Approval, into 4 lots. The owner of Cabbage Point is preserving Lot 1, and building on Lot 1. Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 are FOR SALE BY OWNER from the Vendor, Aqua Investments Bahamas Limited.
Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 are being sold with very special easements to the ocean & beach/rocky point along Cabbage Point, and to both North and South beaches near Cabbage Point (5 ft above high-water mark easement). Additional easements included in the future deed conveyance include:
